Ukraine's Vitali Klitschko on Saturday defeated Poland's Tomasz Adamek at a stadium in the Polish city of Wroclaw, retaining his WBC heavyweight title.
Klitschko, 40, known as Dr. Ironfist, was bigger and heavier than his opponent and had visible dominance over him throughout the fight, winning by technical knockout in the tenth round to improve his record to 43-2 (40 KOs).
Adamek, 34, dropped to 44-2 (28 KOs).
Vitali's younger brother Wladimir, dubbed Dr. Steelhammer, holds the IBF, WBO and WBA champion titles.
