The protest also involved pacifists, hippies of all age groups, soldiers’ mothers, opponents of military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and gay community members, who are using the occasion to demand respect for their rights.
There was no unity even among the main participants protesting so-called financial terrorism. Some were pro- others anti-Obama; some supported the Republicans, while others attacked them. One group was demonstrating their disapproval of major corporations…
