Silvio Berlusconi's new album of love songs will be released on November 22, the Italian Prime Minister's long time guitarist partner Mariano Apicella said on Friday.

The album "Vero Amore" ("True Love") with lyrics by Berlusconi and music by Apicella will be the fourth to be released by this duo.

"Berlusconi sends me the words and I compose music," said Apicella.

"Listen to these songs, they are for you," one of the songs runs, "listen to them when you have a thirst for caresses, sing them when you are hungry for tenderness."

Apicella also said that the album's release previously scheduled for September was postponed due to technical problems. However Italian media link the delay with Italy's massive public debt and Berlusconi's own legal problems.

In mid-October Berlusconi, 75, who is currently on trials for bribery, tax fraud, abuse of power and paying to have sex with a minor, won a crucial confidence vote in parliament, which could have forced him to step down about one and half years before the end of his term.
