Offices and restaurants, gyms and apartments will be scraping the skies. The tallest office building in Moscow is nearly complete. Viktor Lesnoi, Managing Partner of the Federation Tower project, says this building in the Moscow City International Business Center will be ready for use in mid-2013.
The project consists of two towers, East Tower and West Tower, with a spire in-between. The west tower, soaring to a height of 243 meters, is finished. The east tower will rise even higher, to 360 meters.
