An employee of the State Courier Service shot himself in the building of the Russian Presidential Administration in Moscow, local media reported on Thursday.
According to Russian newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets, Alexey Aleksanochkin, 33, was discovered by his colleagues early on Thursday. The man was taken to hospital in a critical condition. In the morning the courier died without regaining consciousness.
The reasons that motivated the man to commit suicide have not been reported.
