The most expensive second-hand flat in St. Petersburg costs 55 million rubles ($1.82 million), the free advertisement portal Slando said in a report.
The 8-room, 313 square meter flat is located in a 19-century building, once a guesthouse, at the central Mokhovaya Street. Prominent Russian writer Nikolai Leskov lived in the house in 1861-1862.
Slando earlier published a similar rating of Moscow apartments. The most expensive second-hand flat in the capital, located at downtown Borisoglebsky Lane, costs 255 million rubles ($8.44 million). The 220 square meter apartment has five rooms.
