Over 70 people were detained during a football match between CSKA Moscow and Real Madrid, a police spokesman said.
“Moscow police officers detained more than 70 people for various administrative offenses,” said Vyacheslav Khaustov, the Russian Interior Ministry’s special units center spokesman.
Khaustov said there were 700 Real fans among 70,000 viewers at the Luzhniki stadium on Tuesday.
Over 3,000 law enforcement officers ensured order at the match that ended in a 1-1 draw in injury time.
