Police discovered some 100 dead dogs at a municipal garage in the town of Tula near Moscow on Monday, the local Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
Prosecutors have launched a probe into the grisly discovery, the statement said.
Representatives of the garage operator have not been available for comment.
