* Ukraine and Germany are in talks on jailed former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko treatment in one of Berlin clinics, Ukrainian media reported on Sunday, quoting German news agency DPA.

* The international group Friends of Syria recognized on Sunday the oppositional Syrian National Council as the “sole representative of the Syrian people.”

* All 60 demonstrators detained by police on Saturday in central Moscow were released, a police source said.
