A headed own goal from Moldovan midfielder Alexandru Gatcan helped 10-man Amkar Perm beat FC Rostov 1-0 on Saturday in the Russian Premier League.
Gatskan stooped to clear a free kick on 69 minutes but ended up diverting the ball past his own goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa.
The goal came a ten minutes after the hosts were reduced to ten men.
Defender Zakhari Sirakov was sent off after a foul on Rostov's Lithuanian winger Edgaras Cesnauskis, earning a second yellow card.
Amkar survived late Rostov pressure, with the visitors hitting the post late on through Romanian midfielder Rezvan Kosic.
Amkar rise one place to tenth with their third-straight win, extending an unbeaten streak to eight games as they move to 44 points. They overtake Terek Grozny, who beat bottom club Spartak Nalchik 2-0 on Friday.
