A car got trapped in a sinkhole as ground collapsed in downtown Moscow late on Thursday, police reported.
“A 3x1.5-meter sinkhole appeared on Seleznyovskaya Street. It was 2 meters deep. A car’s wheel got into it,” a police spokesman said.
There have been no reports of injuries.
It was not immediately clear what caused the collapse.
Emergency services are working on the site.
