Russia coach Dick Advocaat made three changes to the starting lineup for Tuesday's friendly against Lithuania in Switzerland, with Alexander Kerzhakov getting the nod in attack in place of Fulham's Pavel Pogrebnyak.
The other changes to the team that drew 1-1 with Uruguay last week in Moscow were Spartak Moscow's Dmitry Kombarov in for Yuri Zhirkov at left-back; and CSKA Moscow goalkeeper Igor Akinfeev replacing Zenit's Vyacheslav Malafeev in goal.
Kerzhakov came on for Pogrebnyak at half time in Friday's draw with the South American champions, canceling out Luis Suarez's opening goal with an instant equalizer.
Sporting Lisbon winger Marat Izmailov retains his place in the starting eleven.
Lineup: Igor Akinfeev, Alexander Anyukov, Alexei Berezutsky, Sergei Ignashevich, Dmitry Kombarov, Roman Shirokov, Igor Denisov, Konstantin Zyryanov, Alexander Kerzhakov, Andrei Arshavin, Marat Izmailov.
