Russia coach Dick Advocaat made four changes to the team that drew 0-0 with Lithuania on Tuesday for Friday's last Euro 2012 warm-up against Italy.
CSKA Moscow's uncapped right-back Kirill Nababkin starts ahead of Zenit's Alexander Anyukov, who trained separately from the group this week after a minor injury against the Lithuanians.
Nababkin's teammate Alan Dzagoev starts in midfield over Sporting Lisbon's Marat Izmailov, while Yuri Zhirkov returns to the side in place of Spartak's Dmitry Kombarov.
Advocaat gave Zenit goalkeeper Vyacheslav Malafeev the nod ahead of CSKA's Igor Akinfeev, who also started against Lithuania.
Lineup: Vyacheslav Malafeev, Kirill Nababkin, Sergei Ignashevich, Alexei Berezutsky, Yuri Zhirkov, Konstantin Zyryanov, Roman Shirokov, Igor Denisov, Alan Dzagoev, Andrei Arshavin, Alexander Kerzhakov.
