Ranomi Kromowidjojo of the Netherlands won the 50 meters freestyle gold in the pool on Saturday, adding to the 100 meters title she won on Thursday.
Kromowidjojo set a new Olympic record of 24.05 seconds for gold, beating Aliaksandra Herasimenia of Belarus into second on 24.28.
"My work succeeded and next I'll scream and celebrate. I need to let it sink in a bit first," Kromowidjojo said.
Marleen Veldhuis of the Netherlands to the bronze with 24.39.
It's the same one-two as finished in Thursday's 100 meters freestyle.
The defending Olympic champion and world record holder Germany's Britta Steffen was fourth.
Inge de Bruijn was the last Dutch woman to win both freestyle sprints, doing so at Sydney in 2000.
