Russia's pole vault queen Yelena Isinbaeva took the bronze at the Olympic pole vault final on Monday.
The two-time Olympic champion failed to clear 4.75 meters twice, then missed 4.80, to leave America's Jenn Suhr and Cuba's Yarisley Silva to fight it out for the gold.
Isinbaeva was looking to become the first woman to win a track and field gold in an individual event three times straight.
