Former Scotland striker Garry O'Connor scored his first goal for FC Tomsk on Monday, helping the Russian second-tier side to a 2-0 league win over Yenisei Krasnoyarsk.
The former Hibernian, Lokomotiv Moscow and Birmingham City forward stroked confidently into the corner from eight yards to put his team two up on the half-hour mark.
It was his third appearance for the Siberian side, where he was sent off on his debut against Baltika Kaliningrad last month.
Tom are top of the division after 10 games with 23 points. SKA Energia Khabarovsk are five points adrift but have a game in hand.
He moved to Tomsk as a free agent last month after leaving Scottish side Hibernian at the end of last season.
His debut was delayed by a ban on Tomsk registering new players with the league because of debts to current and former players.
O’Connor was the first British player to play in the Russian league when he signed for Lokomotiv Moscow in 2006, leaving after 15 months.
He earned 16 caps for Scotland between 2002 and 2009, scoring four goals.
