Sixteen people were killed in a road accident in Mexico on Sunday when a truck hit a bus, the procurator's office in the state of Coahuila reported.
The accident took place on one of the main highways in the state, in the north of the country. There were twenty passengers in the bus, which was taking them to a family party.
According to initial information, the bus driver caused the crash by driving into the lane of oncoming traffic. He has gone missing since the crash.
Rescuers found a two month old baby and a three year old infant among the dead.
