MOSCOW, November 7 (R-Sport) – World No. 1 Novak Djokovic gained his second win at the $8.85 million World Tour Finals in London on Wednesday, defeating Andy Murray in three sets on Wednesday.

The revenge win for the U.S. Open final puts Djokovic on the brink of qualifying for the semifinals. The Serb may advance if Jo-Wilfried Tsonga takes down world No. 6 Tomas Berdych later Wednesday.

It was the seventh match of the season between the two stars that saw the Serbian taking the 4-3 lead with a 4-6, 6-3, 7-5 victory.

Murray took the first set, breaking Djokovic in the first game and losing only three points on his serve.

That’s when Djokovic cut back on the errors to turn the tide for the next two sets.

Britain’s No. 1 has now one win and one defeat and will fight for the semifinal spot in the last group game against Tsonga.
