MOSCOW, December 29 (RIA Novosti) - A suspicious package reported to the Bulgarian police by the US Embassy in Sofia turned out to be a bag full of garbage, the Sofia News Agency said on Saturday.
The package was found on the ground outside of the US Embassy in the Bulgarian capital on Friday.
Embassy security guards alerted the Bulgarian police after they noticed the package, wrapped in scotch tape, on the ground near a dumpster.
