A lawmaker from Murmansk, northwest Russia, said on Thursday he wants to invite French movie star Gerard Depardieu to visit the city and to present him with an apartment.
Depardieu, who became a Russian citizen in early January, already owns a five-room apartment in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya.
