The parade commander, Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces Col. Gen. Vladimir Chirkin, told journalists on Red Square that the participating units had shown a good level of training but that there was still room for improvement. There is still time for the troops to polish their performance: The next nighttime rehearsals will be held in Moscow on April 29 and May 3.
