MOSCOW, July 1 (R-Sport) - Step aside Kim Kardashian, Zenit St. Petersburg goalkeeper Vyacheslav Malafeev has started his own reality TV show on YouTube.
The 34-year-old has posted a series of his family's home tapes named "The Malafeevs" on the video hosting site. Episode One chronicles a fishing holiday in Finland.
It culminates with Malafeev's wife Ekaterina begging her husband to retrieve a fish from her hands, sobbing "I feel sorry for it."
A slogan teases "to be continued."
Malafeev, whose previous wife Marina was killed in a car crash in March 2011, married DJ and musician Ekaterina Komyakova just a day after she had announced they were engaged.
The ceremony took place at Pushkin, a former tsar’s residence outside St. Petersburg, with the reception at the luxurious Peterhof royal estate.
Malafeev has 29 caps for Russia and announced his retirement from international football last year to focus on raising his young children Ksenia and Maxim.
Last year he signed a contract extension with Zenit that keeps him with the Russian champions through summer 2016.
