MOSCOW, July 7 (RIA Novosti) – A man in St. Petersburg, Russia, faces 15 years behind bars for fatally stabbing a teenager who had been shining a laser pointer at him, investigators said in a statement.
The 17-year-old boarding school student was reportedly pointing the laser directly at the man shortly before being brutally stabbed to death on Leningrad Street, in the north part of town.
The suspected killer was identified as Vitaly Torsky, born in 1975, according to the statement, which was released Friday.
