YEKATERINBURG, August 11 (RIA Novosti) – A hang glider crashed in the Tyumen Region in West Siberia, killing the pilot, the Urals Transport Investigative Department said on Sunday.
Investigators received information about the incident on Saturday evening. According to preliminary data, the hang glider took off from the landing site near the town of Yalutorovsk.
“After climbing 800 meters, the hang glider crashed, killing the pilot,” the Investigative Department said.
The causes of the incident are being investigated.
