Russian President Vladimir Putin, known to be a big animal lover, visited a tiger rehabilitation center and an oceanarium in Vladivostok, in Russia's Far East.
The oceanarium will have the world's largest indoor dolphinarium when it is complete. The facility is currently under construction on Russky Island, the venue of last year’s Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.
