MOSCOW, November 2 (RIA Novosti) – A 25-year-old man has confessed to committing at least two dozen rapes around Moscow, primarily in apartment building elevators, investigators said Friday.
The suspect, who was apprehended quickly after an alleged attack late last year, confessed to the crimes after facing a “barrage of evidence,” including genetic findings, the Investigative Committee said.
The man admitted to attacking women since 2004 around Moscow and the city's northwest suburbs of Mitino and Zelenograd, the statement said.
