MAKHACHKALA, November 5 (RIA Novosti) -- Three people were killed in Russia’s southern republic of Dagestan when their car was struck by falling rocks, a law enforcement sources said Tuesday.
The source said a local police officer was killed along with his wife and child when a landslide struck their Hyundai Solaris as they were driving in the Akushinsk district.
The affected road was blocked for traffic while authorities investigated the incident.
