MOSCOW, February 1 (RIA Novosti) – The American ambassador to Russia broke his finger while playing basketball just two months after a similar incident.
Michael McFaul posted a picture Saturday on Twitter of a left hand, which was wrapped in a glove with a splint on the little finger.
The blue and swollen finger was braced in a bent position.
He tagged the photo with the words “physical therapy,” but a question from a user prompted the ambassador to add “broken finger, playing basketball.”
In November last year McFaul broke the same finger playing basketball and needed an operation as part of his recovery.
