MOSCOW, February 20 (RIA Novosti) – Foreign ministers of the European Union will discuss an arms embargo on Ukraine and sanctions against those responsible for the violence wracking the country, Reuters reported Thursday citing a draft ministerial statement.
However, the text of the draft document is subject to revisions.
The EU’s top diplomats are due to gather in Brussels later in the day. The foreign ministers of Poland, France and Germany are currently in Kiev, where they are holding talks with President Viktor Yanukovych’s government and opposition leaders.
