The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is preparing to release the second volume of its “White Book” on human rights violations in Ukraine within a month, a senior Russian official said Tuesday.

MOSCOW, May 20 (RIA Novosti) – The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is preparing to release the second volume of its “White Book” on human rights violations in Ukraine within a month, a senior Russian official said Tuesday.

“In the course of a month we hope to complete the second revised volume [“White Book”]. It will be distributed in all international organizations, in all capitals, press-releases, presentations,” Victor Sorokin said during a meeting of the Federal Council’s commission on the Ukrainian crisis.

According to the top diplomat, the book will be added to “the thrift box for maintaining our principled position.”

Earlier this month, the Russian Foreign Ministry compiled the so-called “White Book” that described the most heinous human rights violations perpetrated by the Kiev junta during the crisis in Ukraine from late November 2013 to the end of March 2014.

The document could be used not only by OSCE and UN, but may also serve as evidence of the crimes committed by Kiev’s authorities in court.
