MOSCOW, July 14 (RIA Novosti) – The BRICS business council will hand over a report on its one year of work to the leaders of the member-states, making suggestions on how to improve business communication among businesses from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
"This report is a result of one year of intense work," Rubens De La Rosa, Chairman of the Brazilian chapter of the BRICS Business Council said speaking at the opening of the BRICS Business Council in Fortaleza, Brazil.
The report will make proposals facilitating business flows, trade, exports among the BRICS countries.
"I hope that next year in Russia we will hand over a report with more specific initiatives," Rubens De La Rosa said.
The BRICS Business Council is a platform that strengthens and promotes economic, trade, business and investment ties among the business communities of the five BRICS countries. It also ensures that there is a regular dialogue between the business communities of the BRICS nations and the governments of the BRICS countries. The council was set up at the block's summit last year in Durban, South Africa.
