The observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) are working at the Malaysian Boeing crash site in Donetsk region.
They inspect the crash site. Diplomatic source in the OSCE said that the experts "will ensure international presence at the crash site until international aviation experts arrive".
Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 flying from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed near the town of Torez in the Donetsk Region, there were no survivors among 295 people on board.
OSCE monitors visited several locations related to the aircraft fatal crash, including the village of Nikishine, located in about 4 kilometers from the crash site.
