MINSK, August 27 (RIA Novosti) – The presidents of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan continued trilateral talks focused on the issues related to the development of the Customs Union in the Belarusian capital Minsk, the Russian leader’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“The heads of the states of the Customs Union – Vladimir Putin, Alexander Lukashenko and Nursultan Nazarbayev – continued their discussion on a wide range of urgent issues,” Peskov said.
Minsk was hosting Tuesday the Customs Union-Ukraine-EU meeting, during which the sides discussed economic cooperation, including in light of Kiev’s recent signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union.
