MOSCOW, September 17 (RIA Novosti) - The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is not planning to invite Russia to discuss the ongoing Ukrainian crisis during its autumn session, a member of the Assembly told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
The PACE employee said that the focus of the upcoming session will be the situation in Ukraine and the struggle against neo-Nazism.
The current session of the Assembly will be the second session this year, in which the Russian delegation does not participate at full strength, but there still will be a representative of Russia. Olga Kazakova will be a co-speaker on a neo-Nazism report.
In April, the PACE suspended Russia's voting rights over its reunification with Crimea. During the vote on Russia's expulsion, its delegation walked out of the PACE spring session in protest.
Later, Moscow officially informed the PACE about its decision to halt bilateral cooperation and skip the summer session.
