MOSCOW, September 20 (RIA Novosti) - Memorandum, signed at the end of the Contact Group's on the Ukrainian crisis talks in Minsk early Saturday morning, bans flights of military aircrafts over the security zone in Ukraine.
The seventh provision of the signed memorandum sets forth to "prohibit flights of aircrafts and foreign aerial vehicles except for the vehicles of the OSCE [Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe] over the security zone."
