MINSK, September 20 (RIA Novosti) - The parties of the talks on the Ukrainian crisis, held in Minsk, have agreed on the withdrawal of foreign mercenaries from the conflict zone in southeastern Ukraine, Leonid Kuchma, former president of Ukraine, representing Ukraine at the talks, said.
"We have agreed on the withdrawal of foreign mercenaries on both sides," Kuchma said, commenting on the last provision of the memorandum, signed in Minsk early Saturday morning.
