MOSCOW, November 1 (RIA Novosti) — Russia has started the preparatory works on another humanitarian convoy to be sent to Donetsk and Luhansk regions in Donbas, Oleg Voronov, deputy head of the national center for crisis situations from the Russian Emergencies Ministry, said Saturday.
“At the present, we are getting ready to send the humanitarian convoy; we are now loading it,” Voronov stated, adding that people in Donetsk and Luhansk regions will receive sugar, canned meat, building materials, fuel and medicines.
On October 31, the fourth Russian humanitarian convoy consisting of 100 trucks was sent to Ukraine. It delivered 1,000 ton of humanitarian aid that comprised food and building materials.
