MOSCOW, November 2 (RIA Novosti) — Dubai’s taxi services will offer their clients luxury car brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Rolls Royce as well as the possibility to ride in them free of charge on three sponsored weekends from November 19, emirates247.com reports.
The “luxury” campaign is going to take place as part of the Dubai Motor Festival, which will be held from November 19 until December 6. The exhibition is designed to attract car-lovers and auto-designers from various countries and is considered a major event in the United Arab Emirates’ largest city.
“The Supercar Taxis will offer tourists and residents a dream experience like no other. The idea behind this was to celebrate people’s passion for motoring,” said Director of the Dubai Motor Festival Jin Chwen Ong, adding that the service will be offered at shopping malls, city centers and tourist attractions.
Since the United Arab Emirates is well-known for its very expensive and luxurious way of life, the Supercar Taxi is unlikely to cause much surprise among Dubai’s visitors. On the other hand, one ride in an exclusive sport car is perhaps a dream come true for many.
