Kim Jong Un Orders Rare Snake Wine to Improve Virility: British Tabloid
17:55 GMT 24.11.2014 (Updated: 12:23 GMT 14.02.2023) The Daily Star, a popular British tabloid gossips that Kim Jong Un, the DPRK's leader, has requested liters of very rare snake wine, with a dead cobra inside each bottle, in order to boost his virility. The news has revived a debate over Kim's health problems.
MOSCOW, November 24 (Sputnik), Ekaterina Blinova — The North Korean leader is ordering an expensive and rare snake wine in order to improve his love life according to the British tabloid.
Kim Jong Un "has bought up cases of the pricey plonk – with the body of a deadly cobra inside the bottle – delivered to his palace in North Korea. Locals believe snake wine helps men get their partners pregnant and improves the size of your manhood," the Daily Star, a popular British daily tabloid reported.

The news has triggered a wave of rumors about Kim Jong Un's health problems, which had resulted in a mysterious disappearance of the North Korean leader two month ago. State-run North Korean media sources reported that the head of state was suffering from "discomfort," allegedly caused by excessive weight. During his first and second public appearances after a long six-week absence, Kim Jong Un was seen walking with a cane.

In its article "North Korea says leader has reappeared" published in October 2014, the CNN cited Dr. Kim So-yeon, the former personal doctor to Kim's grandfather Kim Il-sung, as saying that the DPRK's current leader may have inherited a number of health problems, including obesity, heart problems and diabetes.
Exploiting the theme of Kim Jong Un's poor health, the British tabloid suggested that Kim has requested the exotic wine in order to improve his virility. The Daily Star quotes a North Korea expert living in Seoul as saying, "The elite in the country joke that he is now too big to please his wife and that’s why they do not have any other children," directly referring to Kim Jong-un's excessive weight problems.
