MOSCOW, November 26 (Sputnik) - Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani pledged on Wednesday he would not let the country be used by foreign nations for proxy wars.
"I'll never let Afghanistan be used for proxy wars. Instead, our region needs an economic vision that's 4 the common good of everyone," Ghani wrote on his Twitter account.

Afghan-Pakistan relations have experienced tensions, with Kabul condemning Islamabad for supporting militant groups inside the country - claims, dismissed by Pakistani authorities. Afghanistan’s relations with India have not seen any major setbacks.
Meanwhile, India and Pakistan have been locked in a territorial dispute over the northern Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir, which dates back to the end of the British rule in the middle of the 20th century.
