Kadyrov told via his Instagram account that he set a “strict but fair” condition.
He declared that if a single person in any district of Chechnya joins a terrorist group, the local leadership would be forced to resign. “Let them work day and night to prevent that. In Chechnya we won’t just allow people to become Wahhabi, we won’t let them to dress and act like Wahhabis,” Kadyrov wrote.
“If a father sees that his son set on a path of Wahhabism and terror, he must turn his child in or find another way to stop him before blood is spilled. I perceive the deaths of all of those 14 police officers as the deaths of my relatives. There will be a harsh reckoning for those who were accessory to their demise or did not try to prevent it. I don’t care about opinion of some people or the so called human rights advocacy groups who watched in silence as NATO warplanes and militants trained by the West murdered millions of Muslims in Syria and Iraq. If a militant in Chechnya murders a police officer of a civilian, the militant’s family will be immediately deported from the republic, and their house will be raised. Everyone who would point a weapon at a policeman or a civilian should know that. I will not allow anybody to spill blood here!”
