A 29-year-old American woman is alleging she had sex with Prince Andrew on three different occasions when she was underage, with one of them ending in an orgy. This is all part of a lawsuit in Florida where Virginia Roberts claims to have been pimped out as a sex slave to the prince by his billionaire banker friend Jeffrey Epstein, who himself was convicted in 2008 of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution and went to jail for 13 months and is now a registered sex offender.
Roberts claims that it all started when she went with Epstein on a six-week vacation to North Africa and Europe in 2001, during which she allegedly met Prince Andrew. Roberts has said she first met Epstein when she was 15 and went to work for him as a “traveling masseuse.”
Roberts says Epstein paid her £10,000 (about $15,000) in cash for each of the three encounters with the prince. She says the prince seduced her when they first met, and that other encounters happened in the U.S. when he was visiting Epstein. The prince was a frequent guest at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion. Roberts alleges the third and final meeting happened on Epstein’s private island in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Court papers filed in Florida claim Epstein may have filmed the royal in a compromising position with hidden cameras Epstein had in his Florida mansion, allegations the prince’s handlers deny. The only photograph to have emerged so far of Prince Andrew with Roberts was taken at a party several years ago in New York, and shows them fully clothed and smiling at the camera.
Buckingham Palace has taken the unusual step of twice denying the allegations, saying in its most recent missive, “It is emphatically denied that HRH The Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts. The allegations made are false and without any foundation.”
