MOSCOW, January 4 (Sputnik) — Allegations by a US woman that she was forced into sexual relations with Prince Andrew as a teenager were strongly denied by the Buckingham Palace for the second time on Sunday.
"It is emphatically denied that the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts," a Buckingham Palace spokesperson was quoted as saying.
According to court papers filed in the US state of Florida, banker Jeffrey Epstein held Roberts from 1999 to 2002 as a "sex slave" and allegedly "loaned" her to his powerful friends — including Prince Andrew — to "ingratiate himself" with them.
Epstein was sentenced in 2008 to 18 months in jail for soliciting a 14-year-old girl for prostitution. In 2011, Prince Andrew issued a public statement denying any relations with "Epstein's girls."
