ANKARA, January 11 (Sputnik) — Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Sunday he can't confirm that Hayat Boumeddiene, the former partner and suspected accomplice of Amedy Coulibaly, who killed a police officer and four hostages in Paris, is staying on the Turkish territory.

"After the terrorist attack in Paris there are ongoing consultations and exchange of information between our [Turkish and French] intelligence services. When the need arises," Davutoglu told reporters on Sunday before departure to Paris to take part in a march in memory of the terrorists' victims.

The prime minister added that Turkey and France will make a joint or separate statement on Boumeddiene's whereabaouts.

Earlier this week, French media reported that Hayat Boumeddiene, a 26-year-old woman, was the accomplice of Amedie Coulibaly, who killed a female police officer on Thursday and four hostages in a Paris kosher food supermarket on Friday, before being shot dead by the police.
