On Saturday night, the National Hockey League (NHL) named 36 players who will showcase their skills at the 60th All-Star Game on January 25. Among the best players selected to play in the exhibition game are four Russians: forwards Alex Ovechkin (Washington Capitals), Vladimir Tarasenko (St. Louis Blues), Evgeni Malkin (Pittsburg Penguins) and goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky (Columbus Blue Jackets).

Ovechkin and Malkin were already selected for past NHL All-Star Games; for young Tarasenko and Bobrovsky, however, the event in Columbus will be their debut as the league’s best players.

The last two years, NHL fans were not able to see the fantasy game between the league’s most celebrated players. Last year, there was no game due to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, while in 2013 the game was cancelled due to the NHL lockout, Edmonton Journal reports.
The NHL All-Star Game will be played at 3 p.m. on Jan. 25 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Teams will be selected at an all-star fantasy draft, scheduled at 6 p.m. on January 23. The captains will be announced later this week.
