PARIS, January 11 (Sputnik) — EU members' cooperation with Internet service providers must be increased in order to detect and remove terrorism-related content more rapidly, interior ministers of 11 EU nations and US Attorney General Eric Holder decided during a meeting on Sunday.
The propositions are to be discussed at the February 12 EU Security Summit and at another event, expected to be hosted by US President Barack Obama, on February 18.
The interior ministers' meeting was organized by French authorities in the wake of a series of terror attacks that have shaken the country.
On Sunday, a footage, apparently showing Coulibaly pledging allegiance to the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group, was posted online. The video, entitled "Soldier of the Caliphate", shows Coulibaly standing in front of an IS flag, calling for carrying out attacks similar to the Charlie Hebdo shooting.
