MOSCOW, January 13 (Sputnik) — For the first time theatre's ballet company will perform at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Yuri Fateev, the acting head of the ballet company, told RIA Novosti.
"The program, which was compiled jointly by the host country and the theatre, includes traditional classics and works of contemporary choreography," Yuri Fateev said.
At the Kennedy Center in Washington, the performers will also present a special program selected by the host country, Fateev added
"With regard to the sanctions, there have been no difficulties in organizing the tour", he said.
On January 24, the theatre's Symphony Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev, will join the company and play concerts in nine US cities.
