"I have visited Paris today – specially to buy scandal issue (2015/Jan/14) of Charlie Hebdo magazine, directly in editor's office (Le Monde). I will send it to the first buyer, who will prove, that he is real collector, who understand, that now we, Earth humans, observe. now [how] created history…," the seller said in a post.
The cover of the edition depicts the Prophet Muhammad holding a placard saying "Je suis Charlie ("I am Charlie" in French)," a slogan widely used to express solidarity with the French weekly. The demand for the latest issue of the satirical weekly is so high that the edition is rapidly selling out both at newsstands in France and at online auctions.
On January 7, Islamist gunmen burst into Charlie Hebdo's headquarters in Paris and opened fire, killing 12 people and injuring 11 others.
