MOSCOW, January 30 (Sputnik) — Ukraine’s self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk people’s republics (LPR, DPR) are ready to discuss the ceasefire and withdrawal of troops only along the line of contact, DPR representative in the Minsk talks on Ukrainian reconciliation Denis Pushilin said Friday.
“We are ready, and have always been ready for the negotiation process… At the moment, the DPR and the LPR are ready to speak about the immediate ceasefire and stopping of its units along the line of contact,” Pushilin said.
The eastern Ukrainian militia representatives added also that they reserve the right to counter attacks if the negotiation process is breached.
