MOSCOW, February 3 (Sputnik) — British far-right nationalists are planning a march through London’s Jewish-populated neighborhood of Stamford Hill on March 22 to protest the “Jewification of Britain,” The Independent reported Tuesday.
The nationalists are rallying against the civilian security group run by the London Hasidic Jewish community volunteers. The group members are trained by the Metropolitan Police and focus on stopping anti-Semitic crimes, as well as preventing other crimes in the area.
The rally is organized by right-wing activist Joshua Bonehill-Paine, infamous for organizing provocative events. The event’s advertising depicting a racist caricature of a Jewish man was banned from Facebook.

Meanwhile, London’s anti-fascist groups promised to stop the demonstration.
According to a census taken in 2011, over 260,000 people of Jewish descent currently reside in the United Kingdom.
